When you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, business email and website or domain. You may also leave a message. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss an exposure check. Please never submit passwords, compromised credentials or other sensitive information.
How your enquiry is handled
Your enquiry is sent to SENQ’s designated Telegram chat through a bot so we can respond. Telegram processes and stores the message contents as part of its messaging service. SENQ uses those details to handle your enquiry and follow up by business email. This website does not keep a separate database of enquiries.
Abuse prevention
We validate requests and limit repeated submissions. Our server uses temporary cryptographic identifiers derived from your email and IP address to apply limits in ten-minute windows. These counters are held in server memory and reset when the service restarts. The hosting infrastructure also uses IP addresses to prevent abuse and may process standard connection and security logs.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. Your language choice is reflected in the page URL and does not require a cookie. The contact form sends the information you enter only when you submit it.

Use the contact form to ask about information you have shared with SENQ or request its correction or deletion. Do not include sensitive records in your request.
